Ich verwende haupts\u00e4chlich die hier in der <strong>Toskana<\/strong> am h\u00e4ufigsten vorkommenden violetten Auberginen, die sowohl rund als auch l\u00e4nglich sind. Ich mag auch den Geschmack ihrer Schale sehr gerne und sch\u00e4le sie deshalb fast nie. Ich habe auch schon weisse Auberginen probiert, deren Geschmack ich aber zu zart finde.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Zutat, die in meinen Rezepten selten fehlt, sind <strong>frische Kr\u00e4uter<\/strong>, und zwar so sehr, dass ich ihnen einen guten Teil des Gartens gewidmet habe, wobei ich etwas zaghaft vorgehe, weil mein gr\u00fcner Daumen noch w\u00e4chst, sagen wir mal. Thymian, verschiedene Salbeiarten, Minze und Rosmarin haben sich mit ihrem Standort wohl gef\u00fchlt und schenken mir Jahr f\u00fcr Jahr spektakul\u00e4re D\u00fcfte und Bl\u00fcten. Z.b. backe ich im Sommer sehr gern den <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/de\/2016\/09\/italienischer-tomatenkuchen-mit-ricotta-und-basilikum.html\">Tomatenkuchen mit Ricotta und Basilikum<\/a>. Ein Kuchen aus meiner Kindheit ist der <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/de\/2025\/01\/italienischer-ricotta-kuchen-schokolade-rum.html\">Ricotta-Kuchen mit Schokolade und Rum<\/a>, den meine Mutter oft zubereitete, weil sein Rezept so schnell geht. Hier findest Du meine Rezepte mit Ricotta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"LC20lb MBeuO DKV0Md\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Masseinheiten_beim_Kochen\"><\/span>Ma\u00dfeinheiten beim Kochen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ma\u00dfeinheiten in der K\u00fcche: wer Rezepte in mehreren Sprachen liest, hat eine Vorstellung davon. Als ich fr\u00fcher mit meiner Mutter gebacken habe, drehte sich alles um ein grundlegendes Instrument, die <strong>K\u00fcchenwaage<\/strong>. Es stimmt zwar, dass die Herstellung von Backwaren Pr\u00e4zision und Genauigkeit (nicht nur) bei den Mengen der Zutaten erfordert, aber in der K\u00fcche gehen wir oft nach Augenma\u00df vor. Wie oft ist es mir schon passiert, dass ich meine Grossmutter oder meine Tante nach einem Rezept gefragt habe und man mir sagte: \u201eAber man r\u00fchrt doch 2 Eier, ein wenig Mehl, ein wenig Wasser&#8230;\u201c. &#8211; \u201eJa, aber wie viel ist ein bisschen Mehl?\u201c &#8211; \u201eAber ja, 2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel und ein halbes Glas Wasser, das siehst du dann mit dem Auge\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man <strong>Rezepte auf Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch<\/strong> liest, f\u00e4llt sofort auf, dass die Masseinheiten nicht in allen L\u00e4ndern gleich sind. Amerikanische <em>cups<\/em> finde ich besonders unsympathisch, weil sie nur ungef\u00e4hr sind, w\u00e4hrend <strong>Gramm<\/strong> ein viel genaueres Ma\u00df sind. Engl\u00e4nder und Deutsche messen stattdessen oft mit L\u00f6ffel und Teel\u00f6ffel, z. B. 2 E\u00dfl.\/Tl. \u00d6l oder 1 Teel\u00f6ffel\/Tafelspoon Salz (1 Teel\u00f6ffel\/Teel\u00f6ffel Salz). Bei vielen Rezepten ist dieses Ma\u00df rationeller, einfacher und unkomplizierter, so dass ich mich entschlossen habe, es auch in einigen meiner Rezepte zu verwenden, wie z.
