Im Zeitalter von Lebensmitteln, Fast-Food und allgemeinem Konsumismus ist es zu sehr in Vergessenheit geraten.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Das_Originalrezept_der_Panzanella\"><\/span>Das Originalrezept der Panzanella<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Die heutige Rezept erinnert sehr an einen beliebten Sommersalat der Toskana, die <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/2013\/07\/la-panzanella-toscana-parte-i-le-ricette-estive-toscane-col-pane.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">P<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/2013\/07\/la-panzanella-toscana-parte-i-le-ricette-estive-toscane-col-pane.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">anzanella<\/a>.\u00a0Ich stelle oft fest, dass viele &#8218;Panzanella&#8216;-Rezepte von Bloggern, Food-Magazinen usw. aus anderen L\u00e4ndern wenig mit dem Originalrezept der Panzanella zu tun haben. &#8218;Panzanella&#8216; ist ein allgemeiner Begriff, der sich eher auf einen Brotsalat &#8222;italienischer Style\u201d bezieht.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe zum Beispiel k\u00fcrzlich eine &#8218;Panzanella&#8216; gesehen, die aus ger\u00f6steten Brotw\u00fcrfeln zubereitet und dann mit verschiedenen Zutaten gew\u00fcrzt wurde. Auf dem Foto sah sie k\u00f6stlich aus, aber sie &#8218;Panzanella&#8216; zu nennen, ist etwas irref\u00fchrend. Bei der Panzanella, oder bei diesem Brotsalat-Rezept, muss das Brot ausgelegt und dann eingeweicht werden, nicht ger\u00f6stet!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nach den Originalrezepte von <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/2013\/07\/la-pappa-col-pomodoro-ricette-estive-toscane-col-pane-parte-ii.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pappa al pomodoro<\/a> und Panzanella f\u00fcge ich dieses hinzu.
