Sind die Bananen unreif, sind sie fester und weniger s\u00fc\u00df im Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li>Joghurt sorgt zusammen mit Backpulver und Natron f\u00fcr die Fluffigkeit des Desserts.<\/li>\n<li>Das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen dem Gewicht der Bananen und dem Mehl muss stimmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Der Unterschied zwischen Bananenkuchen und Bananenbrot<\/h3>\n<p>Der Unterschied zwischen beiden besteht im Grunde genommen in dem zwischen einem Dessert und Brot: die <strong>Reichhaltigkeit<\/strong> der Zutaten und die <strong>\u00dcppigkeit<\/strong> eines Desserts wie diesem! In einem Nachtisch wie diesem, der zweifellos amerikanisch inspiriert ist, gibt es keinen einfachen Teig mit Bananen, der in einer Kastenform gebacken wird. Hier wird das Dessert durch eine wunderbare Creme aus Kaffee und Zartbitterschokolade sowie kandierten Erdn\u00fcssen verfeinert.<br \/>\nEin Bananenbrot ist sowohl im Geschmack als auch in der Zubereitung viel einfacher.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Torte kombiniert auf ungew\u00f6hnliche Weise Banane mit Kaffee \u2013 eine Verbindung, die ich so noch nicht kannte. Au\u00dferdem habe ich durch dieses Rezept gelernt, wie man kandierte Erdn\u00fcsse selbst macht&#8230; Wer h\u00e4tte gedacht, dass das so einfach geht? Ich kannte sie bisher nur vom deutschen Weihnachtsmarkt, wo sie nach Zimt duften, und dachte immer, man br\u00e4uchte daf\u00fcr mindestens einen gro\u00dfen Kupferkessel \u2013 und doch funktioniert es auch so!<\/p>\n<h3>Italienische vs deutsche Konditorei<\/h3>\n<p>Mehrst\u00f6ckige Torten sind in der italienischen Konditorei keineswegs \u00fcblich. Italienische Desserts sind oft L\u00f6ffeldesserts wie Cremes auf Milch- und Eibasis, Eiscreme und Sorbets oder <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/pasta-frolla\/biscotti\">M\u00fcrbeteiggeb\u00e4ck<\/a> wie <em>Biscotti<\/em> oder die klassischen <em>Crostate<\/em>. Dazu kommen weltweit renommierte, \u00fcppige Nachtische wie <em>Panettone<\/em> oder <em>Pandoro<\/em>, die zu Weihnachten geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-960\" src=\"http:\/\/theblackfig.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/ricettaarachidicaramellatefatteincasa-1-e1471947007596.jpg\" alt=\"ARACHIDI CARAMELLATI\" width=\"700\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/ricettaarachidicaramellatefatteincasa-1-e1471947007596.jpg 700w, https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/ricettaarachidicaramellatefatteincasa-1-e1471947007596-300x99.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ich bin eigentlich kein gro\u00dfer Fan von \u00fcppigen Torten \u2013 diesen mehrst\u00f6ckigen Kreationen mit dicken Cremeschichten, Glasuren oder Bergen von Sahne, wie man sie oft in den USA oder auch in deutschen Konditoreien findet. Und, ich gestehe, auch kein gro\u00dfer Liebhaber von Biskuitb\u00f6den. Dieses Rezept hat mich dennoch aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden neugierig gemacht \u2013 nicht zuletzt wegen der gesalzenen, kandierten Erdn\u00fcsse: Was haben die geschmacklich in einer Bananentorte mit Kaffee und dunkler Schokolade verloren?<\/p>\n<p>Nun, ich habe es herausgefunden \u2013 dank meines Vertrauens in Lebovitz\u2019 Geschmack und der Klarheit, mit der er seine Rezepte erkl\u00e4rt. Die Torte besteht <strong>aus drei Schritten<\/strong>: Zuerst werden zwei identische B\u00f6den gebacken, die sp\u00e4ter aufeinandergesetzt werden. Dann bereitet man die kandierten Erdn\u00fcsse zu. Und schlie\u00dflich die Kaffee-Schokoladencreme, die zwischen und auf die beiden B\u00f6den kommt. Das Ergebnis kann sich wirklich sehen lassen \u2013 sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich.<\/p>\n<h3>Tipp f\u00fcr die Zubereitung des Bananenkuchens<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Um die beiden Bananenkuchen zu backen, ben\u00f6tigst du 1-2 Springformen mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 24 cm. Wenn du nur eine Springform hast, kannst du die beiden Scheiben einfach in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten backen. W\u00e4hrend der erste Kuchen backt, kannst du die andere H\u00e4lfte des Teigs (mit Frischhaltefolie abgedeckt) im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<\/li>\n<li>Naturbelassene Erdn\u00fcsse (unger\u00f6stet und ungesalzen) sind in asiatischen Lebensmittell\u00e4den oder online erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/li>\n<li>Da das Rezept die Zubereitung von kandierten Erdn\u00fcssen vorsieht, kann es
