Die <strong>Schneckenform<\/strong> erh\u00e4lt man, indem man den Teig aufrollt und dann in Frischhaltefolie einwickelt, die ihn fest und kompakt h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tipps_fuer_den_perfekten_Pizzateig\"><\/span>Tipps f\u00fcr den perfekten Pizzateig<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pizzateig zu Hause zuzubereiten ist nicht schwer. Er besteht aus nur drei Zutaten (Wasser, Bierhefe und Mehl) und erfordert lediglich ein paar <strong>Tipps<\/strong>, die ich dir hier verraten werde.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Der erste Hinweis besteht darin, etwas lauwarmes Wasser und Zucker mit dem frischen Hefe zu vermischen. So werden die Mikroorganismen in der Hefe aktiviert, die den Teig aufgehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Der zweite wichtige Hinweis ist, den Teig mindestens 5 Minuten lang zu kneten, damit er elastisch und glatt wird. Am besten l\u00e4sst man sich von einer K\u00fcchenmaschine helfen.<\/li>\n<li>Zum <strong>Aufgehen<\/strong> stelle ich den Backofen normalerweise auf 50 \u00b0C ein, schalte ihn dann aus und stelle den Teig zum Aufgehen hinein.<\/li>\n<li>Ich verwende <strong>Mehl<\/strong> der Sorte Typ 0 oder Vollkornmehl von guter Qualit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li>Es ist wichtig, dem Teig eine kleine Menge <strong>Fett<\/strong> hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, damit er noch elastischer wird. Im klassischen Pizza-Teig wird Oliven\u00f6l verwendet. In diesem Rezept hingegen wird etwas Butter verwendet, die den Pizzette eine flockigere Konsistenz verleiht. Hier sind einige alternative Ideen f\u00fcr den Belag der Mini-Pizzen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Du kannst zum Beispiel <strong>Aufschnitt<\/strong> wie gekochten Schinken, Mortadella oder Salami hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Anstatt von Mozzarella kannst du ger\u00e4ucherte <strong>Scamorza<\/strong>-K\u00e4se verwenden. Wichtig ist, einen w\u00fcrzigen K\u00e4se zu w\u00e4hlen, der beim Backen nicht fl\u00fcssig wird, wie zum Beispiel Gorgonzola. Eine Idee ist es, geriebenen Parmesan hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst auch kleine \u201ePizzette alla Marinara\u201c zubereiten, indem du den Tomaten etwas <strong>Sardellenpaste<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgst.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst kleine Pizzette ohne Tomatenmark (oder <em>Pizzette in bianco<\/em>) zubereiten, indem du hauchd\u00fcnn geschnittene Zucchini, Parmesan und Scamorza sowie eine
