Eis ohne Eismaschine zuzubereiten bedeutet in der Regel, viel Sahne und damit viel Fett zu verwenden. Es war Ende der <strong>90er Jahre<\/strong>, und Frozen Yogurt war eine Seltenheit, sodass das Lokal, das ihn verkaufte, unter den jungen Leuten in Pisa sofort ber\u00fchmt wurde.\u00a0Ich erinnere mich, dass die Verk\u00e4uferin an der Theke f\u00fcr jeden Kunden einen hamburgergro\u00dfen Block aus dem Gefrierschrank holte, der als Nachf\u00fcllpackung f\u00fcr die Frozen-Yogurt-Maschine diente.<\/p>\n<p>Heute findet man <em>Frozen Yogurt<\/em>, dessen Name auf seinen angels\u00e4chsischen Ursprung hindeutet, in sehr vielen Eisdielen, neben dem echten Gelato. Es kommt immer aus Automaten, die stark an angels\u00e4chsisches Eis erinnern. Mich, die ich in Italien aufgewachsen bin und sehns\u00fcchtig auf die Eistheke starre, w\u00e4hrend ich die Eisschaufel in der Hand des Eismachers beobachte, aus Angst, er w\u00fcrde mir zu wenig geben, hat der <em>Frozen Jogurt<\/em> gerade genug neugierig gemacht, um es ein paar Mal zu probieren.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Der_Unterschied_zwischen_normalem_Joghurt_und_griechischem_Joghurt\"><\/span>Der Unterschied zwischen normalem Joghurt und griechischem Joghurt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Wenn du beide probiert hast, wirst du festgestellt haben, dass der Hauptunterschied zwischen den beiden Joghurts in ihrer <strong>Konsistenz<\/strong> liegt. Beide werden durch <strong>Fermentation<\/strong> hergestellt, bei der die Laktose, der nat\u00fcrliche Zucker der Milch, mithilfe bestimmter <strong>Bakterien<\/strong> in Milchs\u00e4ure umgewandelt wird. Auch Sauerrahm, Buttermilch und Kefir geh\u00f6ren zur selben Familie.<\/p>\n<p>Griechischer Joghurt ist jedoch <strong>ein abgetropfter Joghurt<\/strong>, d. h., ihm wird die <strong>Molke<\/strong> entzogen. Traditionell wird griechischer Joghurt durch ein Tuch gefiltert, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.\u00a0Die Industrie ist zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass man zur Zeit- und Kostenersparnis ein Verdickungsmittel hinzuf\u00fcgen kann. Das Ergebnis bzw. die Konsistenz sind nat\u00fcrlich nicht dieselben.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Die_Cremigkeit_des_Joghurteises\"><\/span>Die Cremigkeit des Joghurteises<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Griechischer Joghurt-Eis l\u00e4sst sich zu Hause ganz einfach zubereiten \u2013 man braucht nur eine Eismaschine. Die Zuckermenge kann man ganz nach Belieben dosieren, und mit ein paar gekonnten Handgriffen erh\u00e4lt man ein leicht <strong>s\u00e4uerliches, cremiges und aromatisches Joghurt-Eis<\/strong>. Die Cremigkeit von <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/de\/dessert-de\/eiscreme-und-sorbets\">hausgemachtem Eis<\/a> h\u00e4ngt, wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, vom Fettgehalt der verwendeten Milch oder Milchprodukte ab. Wenn man m\u00f6chte, kann man auch jeden anderen Joghurt nehmen, auch mit weniger Fett oder mit Frucht-, Kaffee- oder anderen Geschmacksrichtungen \u2013 auch wenn es dadurch etwas an Cremigkeit einb\u00fc\u00dft.<\/p>\n<p>Meine Liebe zu Eiscreme l\u00e4sst sich an der Anzahl an Rezepten f\u00fcr selbstgemachtes Eis erkennen, die bereits auf dem italienischen Blog zu finden sind. Ich gebe zu, dass einige davon ungew\u00f6hnliche Kombinationen aufweisen, aber sie schmecken alle k\u00f6stlich.
