Lasst sie diese Birnen probieren \u2013 ihre Meinung wird sich schnell \u00e4ndern!\u00a0In diesem Rezept habe ich die Sorte \u201eWilliams\u201c verwendet, die hierzulande gut erh\u00e4ltlich ist. Wichtig ist vor allem, dass die Birnen eine d\u00fcnne Schale haben und nicht zu weich, aber auch nicht zu hart sind \u2013 also sch\u00f6n mittelreif.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"575\">Ich liebe es, <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/de\/dessert\/dessert-mit-obst-einfache-rezepte-italienischer-art\">Nachspeisen mit frischem Obst<\/a> zuzubereiten! Das beste Obst \u2013 das s\u00fc\u00dfeste und aromatischste \u2013 ist das Obst der Saison. Birnen sind eine der Fr\u00fcchte dieses herrlichen Herbstes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"575\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Herbst_dort_und_hier\"><\/span>Herbst dort und hier<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"182\" data-end=\"480\">Endlich ist auch hier in der Toskana der Herbst angekommen! Mutige Tourist*innen haben noch bis in den Oktober im Meer gebadet, w\u00e4hrend ich sehns\u00fcchtig darauf gewartet habe, endlich meine Pullover aus dem Schrank zu holen und den Kamin anzuz\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"182\" data-end=\"480\">Als ich in <strong>Jena<\/strong> lebte, war der Herbst meine Lieblingsjahreszeit. Die H\u00fcgel der Stadt werden bunt: gelb, rot, gr\u00fcn, braun und alle Nuancen dazwischen. Von meinem Dachwohnung aus schaute ich oft aus dem Fenster, um diese Farbenpracht zu genie\u00dfen. Heute bedeutet Herbst f\u00fcr mich in der <strong>Toskana<\/strong> vor allem: Weinlese, Olivenernte und ger\u00f6stete Kastanien essen. Es ist die Zeit, in der langsam die Saison der Suppen und hei\u00dfen Getr\u00e4nke beginnt \u2013 und das Leben wieder ein bisschen gem\u00fctlicher wird. Jetzt ist es soweit \u2013 und ich freue mich riesig auf die herbstliche Zeit!
