Ich habe die letzte, schnellere Methode benutzt. Es sind winterliche Kekse, weil Orange und Schokolade meistens meine Winter begleiten, sei es im Geschmack einer hei\u00dfen Schokolade oder anderer S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten (wie z.B.\u00a0 den <a href=\"https:\/\/theblackfig.com\/de\/2017\/01\/gewuerztrueffel-aus-bitterschokolade.html\">Gew\u00fcrztr\u00fcffeln<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orangen-Schoko-Kekse: die kandierten Zitrusfr\u00fcchte<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Man mag sie oder nicht: <strong>die kandierten Fr\u00fcchte<\/strong>. Der Markt beobachtet den Geschmack potentieller Kunden gut. Deshalb sind die <em>Panettoni<\/em> z.B. seit einigen Jahren auch ohne die kandierten Orangenst\u00fcckchen zu kaufen, obwohl sie Bestandteil des Originalrezepts sind. Noch vor einiger Zeit habe ich kandierte Fr\u00fcchte nicht gemocht. Ich habe aber &#8211; glaube ich &#8211; eher qualitativ schlechte kandierte Fr\u00fcchte gegessen, die nach Zucker schmecken und kaum an den Geschmack der frischen Frucht erinnern. Ich w\u00fcrde sie mit Gummib\u00e4rchen vergleichen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die guten kandierten Fr\u00fcchte werden in einem Zuckersirup gekocht: so werden sie lang haltbar.
