Meine Mutter hat sie immer als eine der Vorspeisen zum Mittagessen an Weihnachten oder am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag gemacht. Es gibt den <strong>Blumenkohl<\/strong> (oder &#8218;Palla&#8216;, wie wir in meine Gegend sagen), der vielleicht am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendet wird. Es gibt den &#8222;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fraktal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fraktalen<\/a> Kohl<\/strong>&#8222;, der gr\u00fcn und lila ist. Gegessen werden nur die Bl\u00e4tter, wobei vielleicht die besonders z\u00e4he innere Rippe entfernt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Meine Gro\u00dfmutter sagte immer, dass Schwarzkohl gut ist, wenn es kalt wird, also zu Beginn des Jahres. Das liegt daran, dass der Kohl, \u00e4hnlich wie Fleisch, so &#8222;gereift&#8220;, also und weicher und schmackhafter wird. Auf dem Foto sehen Sie den Schwarzkohl, den ich im Fr\u00fchjahr 2024 gepflanzt habe: die Palmette ist noch relativ klein.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full
